We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Food Service Circle. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes to meet the needs of our customers and staff

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

• Develop and implement menu plans, taking into account customer preferences and dietary requirements

• Collaborate with the Head Chef or Chef Manager to ensure seamless kitchen operations

• Assist with menu costings and inventory management

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a world-class dining experience for our customers and staff

**Requirements**

• Proven experience as a senior chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on presentation and quality

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team

• Basic Food Hygiene and Health and Safety certificates (advantageous but not essential)

• Good customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a world-class customer experience
