Ann's Choice is a picturesque 103-acre continuing care retirement community situated in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. We are part of a growing network of communities managed by Erickson Senior Living, a prominent provider of senior living and healthcare services across multiple states.
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to enhance our team. The RN plays a vital role in promoting, restoring, and maintaining the health and well-being of residents by collaborating with healthcare providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates. The primary responsibility of the RN is to deliver both physical and psychosocial support to residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing meaningful relationships with residents and their families through a consistent caregiver approach, focusing on the physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs of the residents.
- Executing all clinical responsibilities in compliance with the state nurse practice act and established nursing standards.
- Encouraging resident independence by setting care goals and educating residents and their families about conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Monitoring residents' clinical and care conditions to detect any changes and responding appropriately to ensure comfort and safety.
- Collaborating with care associates to provide routine nursing care to assigned residents as necessary.
- Upholding infection prevention protocols, administering medications, and executing treatments as prescribed.
- Creating and coordinating a comprehensive holistic care plan that addresses the clinical and care needs of residents in partnership with the interdisciplinary team.
- Documenting resident preferences, routines, and choices accurately in the electronic medical record.
- Ensuring documentation is timely, current, and precise.
- Participating in care conferences for designated residents as requested by the Clinical Manager.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate plus shift differentials based on experience.
Available Schedules:
- Part-Time Day: Various shifts available.
- Part-Time Evening: Various shifts available.

Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of practice and graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience as an RN is required.
- A genuine passion for caring for seniors.
- Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
- CPR certification is mandatory.
