  • Conduct vital sign checks and document patient information

  • Provide personal care and meals to patients
  • Perform advanced nursing tasks, such as chest tubes, IVs, and urinary catheter management
  • Offer emotional support to patients and their families during times of crisis

Requirements:

  • Valid LPN license
  • Annual physical examination within one year
  • PPD or Quantiferon test within one year or chest x-ray within five years
  • COVID vaccine card with booster
  • Ability to drive to different client locations
