Job Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care in post-acute facilities as an RN.
  • Collaborate with physicians and staff to develop care plans and observe outcomes.
  • Develop and implement care plans, ensuring resident safety and well-being.
  • Administer medications and treatments, ensuring proper staff compliance with nursing standards and facility policies.
  • Supervise and train nursing and other staff, as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Active Connecticut state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Successful completion of an approved nursing program.
  • 6 months of experience (RN or related role).
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
