About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team at Concero. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our cloud-based applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of technology solutions and make recommendations for improvements to increase quality and effectiveness.
  • Listen to and evaluate customer needs to determine and provide high-quality solutions that align with customer expectations.
  • Perform primary business hours on-call support and assist with off-hours on-call rotation as needed.
Requirements
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Expertise in production deployment, integration, and configuration for autoscaling.
  • Proficient knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu preferred) and command-line scripting.
  • Proficient knowledge of Azure stack (storage, network, resource configurations, etc.).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with various IT teams and business units.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience administering SSRS.
  • Experience developing SSRS reports.
  • Experience with API integration.
  • Experience writing SQL.
  • Experience with PowerShell command line scripting.
  • Exposure to MySQL.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Exposure to Project Management concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred.
