About the Role:


We are looking for a dedicated HVAC Commissioning Project Manager with a strong passion for HVAC systems and exceptional attention to detail. This role involves managing and supervising the commissioning of HVAC systems across various construction projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all HVAC systems are correctly installed and operational, adhering to the specific requirements of each project. This position demands a high level of technical expertise along with robust project management capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
As an HVAC Commissioning Project Manager, your duties will encompass:

  • Supervising the commissioning of HVAC systems across diverse construction projects.
  • Verifying that all HVAC systems are installed accurately and functioning effectively.
  • Collaborating closely with the construction team to ensure all HVAC specifications are fulfilled.
  • Evaluating and approving HVAC designs and schematics.
  • Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.
  • Resolving any challenges that arise during the commissioning phase.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards for all HVAC systems.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to the construction team.
  • Effectively managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Preparing and delivering project reports and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the HVAC Commissioning Project Manager position, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, ideally within the construction industry.
  • A foundational understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems, including AHU, FCU, VRF, VAV, Chillers, and commissioning processes.
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and their installation and commissioning processes.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities, with a knack for troubleshooting issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with various stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all HVAC systems meet required standards.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office and project management software.
  • A valid driver's license, as travel may be necessary.
