Role Responsibilities: In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with managing and supervising the commissioning processes of HVAC systems across a variety of construction projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the commissioning of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Verifying that all HVAC installations are executed correctly and are operational.
- Collaborating closely with the construction team to fulfill all HVAC project requirements.
- Reviewing and sanctioning HVAC designs and schematics.
- Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
- Troubleshooting any challenges that may arise during the commissioning phase.
- Ensuring all HVAC systems adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Effectively managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Preparing and delivering project reports and updates to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications: To qualify for the HVAC Systems Commissioning Manager position, candidates should possess:
- A foundational understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems, including AHU, FCU, VRF, VAV, and Chillers.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and commissioning processes.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance with all necessary standards.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office and project management tools.
- A valid driver's license, as travel may be necessary.
