We are looking for a dedicated HVAC Commissioning Project Manager who possesses a strong enthusiasm for HVAC systems and meticulous attention to detail. This pivotal role involves managing and supervising the commissioning of HVAC systems across diverse construction projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all HVAC systems are correctly installed and operational, adhering to the unique specifications of each project. Key Responsibilities:
As an HVAC Commissioning Project Manager, your duties will encompass:

  • Supervising the commissioning of HVAC systems in various construction projects.
  • Verifying that all HVAC systems are installed accurately and function as intended.
  • Collaborating closely with the construction team to ensure compliance with HVAC requirements.
  • Evaluating and endorsing HVAC designs and plans.
  • Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.
  • Resolving any challenges that arise during the commissioning phase.
  • Ensuring all HVAC systems conform to safety and quality standards.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to the construction team.
  • Effectively managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Preparing and delivering project reports and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the HVAC Commissioning Project Manager position, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally within the construction industry.
  • A foundational understanding of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including AHU, FCU, VRF, VAV, Chillers, startup, and HVAC commissioning.
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and their installation and commissioning processes.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities, with a knack for troubleshooting issues efficiently.
  • Outstanding communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with various stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all HVAC systems meet required standards.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and project management software.
  • A valid driver's license, as travel may be necessary.
This role requires full-time travel.
