Job Description:

We are seeking exceptional Associate Interns to join our Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) Investment Banking team in Menlo Park. The TMT team advises clients in the technology, media and telecom sectors on various financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity/equity-linked and debt financings, joint ventures, restructurings, and financial investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support deal teams in developing, maintaining and using complex financial models
  • Perform various financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequences
  • Perform comprehensive company and industry research and gain in-depth understanding of sector trends, client challenges and strategies in order to develop innovative and creative solutions for our clients
  • Create client pitches, software and enterprise thought pieces and management presentations
  • Prepare client presentations while interacting with senior bankers, clients, lawyers and accountants
  • Participate in due diligence sessions, communicate and interact with deal team members
  • Manage several projects at once and work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
  • Managing and developing junior staff qualifications
Requirements:
  • On track to receive a Master's degree in December 2025 or Spring 2026
  • 2-5 years of work experience
  • Core modeling and valuation experience
  • Significant level of maturity and the ability to work as a team interfacing with top company executives and senior management
  • Highly organized, with the initiative and ability to work with limited supervision
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Effective process management abilities
