Job Summary:

Family Insight, P.C. is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 therapy in our outpatient clinic and/or in an approved community setting under the supervision and guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/Assistant Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 therapy in our outpatient clinic and/or in an approved community setting (client's home, school, daycare, etc.) under the supervision and guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/Assistant Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA).
  • Following client specific programs, behavior plans, and other activities or procedures as outlined for each client.
  • Complete all required clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain client privacy in accordance with all HIPAA regulations and Family Insight Policies.
  • Communicate effectively with all members of the clients' treatment team.
  • Must be able to complete onboarding training and upload required documentation within the established time frame at hire.
  • Attend scheduled staff meetings and supervision meetings.

Requirements:

  • Participate in remote interview process.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move swiftly with clients to ensure their safety between sitting and standing positions.
  • Must be able to pass criminal background checks and drug test.
  • Preference will be given to applicants who are a RBT, have ABA experience, or enrolled in BCBA/BCaBA coursework.
  • The ability of flexibility to work a schedule to include but not limited to evenings, weekends and sometimes holidays.
