We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor at RCG Park Center-Based. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to ABA Therapists, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with outside agency team members.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Clinical Supervision: Provide ongoing clinical supervision to ABA Therapists, including monthly check-ins and weekly clinical observations.
- Treatment Planning: Develop, oversee, and modify treatment plans, ensuring they are updated as needed based on data.
- Family Training: Provide family training that integrates evidence-based behavioral strategies to be implemented in the home and/or natural environment.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with outside agency team members, including IEP teams, SLPs, and OTs.
- BCBA Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and licensure by the Board of Medicine.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with children with autism and/or communication disorders.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills.
- Competitive Salary: Total compensation of $80k - $95k with bonuses included based on experience.
