Salary: $60,000 per year

About the Job:
This is a full-time position that requires regular and punctual attendance. Additional hours or overtime may be needed from time to time as the demands of the department vary. Generally, Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with applicable breaks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist and at times lead running a full cycle in house payroll for approximately 600 employees on a bi-weekly basis.
• Process off cycle check requests for employees as needed.
• Activate newly hired employees in payroll system and file new hire paperwork electronically.
• Assist with employee benefits enrollment.
• Process employee garnishments.
• Assist with processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed.
• Provide management with various accounting and operational reports to assist in business making decisions.
• Prepare monthly general ledger account reconciliations to assist with the preparation of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Complete monthly and quarterly sales rebate analysis.
• Complete mileage and fuel tax reporting schedules on monthly and quarterly basis.

Requirements:
• Bachelor or Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field strongly preferred. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• Three years' minimum experience in payroll.
• Two year's minimum experience in A/R or A/P role.
