Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

The successful candidate for this position is a highly competent, self-reliant, and results-oriented professional with significant not-for-profit management experience and excellent people management, creative problem-solving, written and verbal communications skills.

  • Minimum educational attainment of a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • At least eight to ten years of experience working in human resources in the not-for-profit sector and at least three to five years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Experience working with a not-for-profit organization of a similar scale with at least 100 employees.
  • Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local laws, policies, and regulations (particularly as it relates to Human Resources).
