Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the rehabilitation team to achieve excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs and services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
