Job Summary

Prisma Health is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Administrator Sr to join our Corporate Office in Greenville. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering complex compensation programs and initiatives to support our organization's strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer salary and wage programs, ensuring equitable and consistent application of compensation policies and guidelines.
  • Conduct market analyses and job evaluations for assigned areas, recommending appropriate salary grades and job titles based on external market data and/or analysis of internal positions.
  • Provide expert advice on all issues related to the Prisma Health Compensation Program, compensation policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management and other Human Resources functional areas to enhance the level of human resources support provided to departments.
  • Formulate, develop, and implement organization-wide compensation projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or closely related field.
  • 5 years of proven analytical experience in Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, or related field, with 2 years in healthcare, preferably.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or Certified Compensation Professional - Preferred.
Work Environment

This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive. The work environment is fast-paced, and the individual must be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities and tasks.
