Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and direct HT&P field operations according to internal standards and customer requirements, from initial client inquiry to successful job completion.
  • Oversee all HT&P services projects to maintain schedules that meet customer requirements.
  • Identify resources, assign individual responsibilities, and schedule field service work and technicians, making tracking and progress reporting to job completion.
  • Act as the primary contact for recurrent customers, from customer inquiries and standard quotations development to job completion and invoicing.
  • Compile Job Safety Analysis prior to starting work on site.
  • Ensure timely return of Customer service feedback forms.
  • Assist with coordinating with TDW HT&P inspection personnel as required.
  • Ensure Field Technicians deliver safe services performances in compliance with TDW standards and applicable HSE rules.
  • Ensure that technicians have the required certifications/skills to execute assigned operations and provide technical support to technicians when required.
  • Supervise the execution of assigned HT&P interventions according to contracts.
  • Coordinate special projects.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of operations to meet established objectives, observe corporate policies, and prompt corrective action if necessary.
  • Ensure all workshop activities are properly performed according to intervention planning and take final decisions relative to workshop activities if required.
  • For services quoted and delivered locally, ensure that engineering, technical, and quality assurance programs for services comply with TDW and customer's quality standards.
  • Monitor the use of various outside companies to source/rent equipment to ensure the execution of interventions according to established planning.
  • Remain current on new developments, policies, and procedures relating to equipment and operational/maintenance techniques and implement changes as necessary.
  • Be responsible for regular monthly HSE reporting.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Requirements

  • Technical degree or equivalent preferred, combined with a minimum of 3 years of pipeline operations or related experience.
  • Familiarity with hydraulics, piping materials, and operating fluid systems; ability to read blueprints.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Availability for calls after hours, evenings, and weekends as needed.
  • Good commercial and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
