The role encompasses managing incoming inquiries, overseeing rental transactions, and tracking essential performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from clients and internal staff.
- Facilitate the rental process for the branch, including pricing, scheduling deliveries and pickups, invoicing, and monitoring rental stock.
- Draft and oversee rental contracts with clients.
- Assist in follow-up communications regarding overdue rental payments as necessary.
- Ensure consistent communication among departments regarding task completion and equipment status updates.
- Evaluate and analyze key performance indicators related to asset utilization, fleet optimization, and equipment inactivity.
- Prior experience in a rental or customer service environment is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving history is required.
- Physical capability to meet the demands of the role, including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
