Position Overview:

We are seeking a committed Fire Protection Sales Executive to enhance our team. The successful applicant will take charge of estimating project proposals and overseeing the expansion of our Fire Protection division in Eastern Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze construction documents and generate project estimates
  • Oversee financial reporting for the Eastern Virginia division
  • Coordinate activities related to project tracking
  • Formulate bidding strategies and negotiate contracts
  • Ensure adherence to fire protection industry regulations
  • Collaborate with internal trades for effective project coordination
  • Perform additional tasks as required
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in fire protection construction
  • Familiarity with NFPA regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
Work Environment:

This position involves a combination of office responsibilities and site visits to construction locations. Physical requirements include walking, climbing stairs, and navigating construction environments.

Travel Requirements:

Occasional travel may be necessary for site inspections.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Previous military service
