Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication via phone and email.

- Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and payment processing.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

- Handle a high volume of inquiries, responding to product-related questions and providing tailored solutions.
