Job Summary:

Lennox International Inc is seeking a skilled HVAC Training Support Specialist to develop and deliver training courses for customers and technical employees in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and experience in training development and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training courses for customers and technical employees
Troubleshoot technical inquiries and identify customer needs
Investigate and resolve technical inquiries
Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining courses and materials used in training
Conduct training using various methods of delivery

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
2-year college degree or equivalent in HVAC or related field
1 year of relevant training experience and 5 years of technical experience
Advanced knowledge of assigned products and diagnostic techniques
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and WebEx
