Position Overview
SRS Acquiom is currently seeking a Client Services Liaison. This role requires an individual who can operate both independently and collaboratively, managing shareholder communications and various operational tasks in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, from major shareholders and VIPs to individual shareholders who may be unfamiliar with the post-closing process.

This position entails addressing complex analytical inquiries across business lines and documenting findings in the internal database with professionalism and clarity.

Key Responsibilities
The Client Services Liaison will:

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the system of record (NetSuite) and how records interrelate.
  • Manage and take ownership of communications and problem resolution for shareholders through various channels.
  • Set appropriate expectations for shareholders and maintain clear communication throughout their experience.
  • Provide exceptional service to all shareholders throughout the entire deal process.
  • Identify situations requiring escalation and coordinate responses with relevant teams.
  • Prepare and distribute client correspondence.
  • Maintain and proactively manage the internal case management system, highlighting common issues to management.
  • Propose and assist in implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with internal response times and service level agreements.
  • Coordinate communication with external third parties as necessary.
  • Audit the work of liaisons to ensure accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
  • Comply with all applicable company policies to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for clients.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably with high net worth individuals; experience in the financial sector is required.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build meaningful relationships with clients that foster repeat business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex deal aspects to shareholders effectively.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is required; NetSuite experience is a plus.
  • A strong sense of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • High accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.

This position requires availability for specific shifts to manage phone coverage. Candidates must be able to communicate clearly and accurately.
