As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing trauma-informed counseling services to patients in our outpatient mental health setting.

About the Role:
  • Provide evidence-based assessments and interventions to patients with a variety of mental health needs.
  • Facilitate individual and/or group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches in treatment.
  • Collaborate with other integrated care team members and community partners to coordinate patient care.
  • Assess patients' behavioral and mental condition based on review of patient information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other integrated care team members.
  • Keep accurate and timely records, including comprehensive documentation of all patient interactions.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work from an accredited University.
  • Unrestricted Oregon License and hold credentials as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Certification in any of the following are encouraged to apply: Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Treating Complex Trauma, or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
  • Non-violent Crisis Intervention Comprehensive training class completed within 6 months of hire and recertify before the expiration date.
