Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Waterfall Community Health Center (WCHC) is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. As a trauma-informed LCSW, you will provide direct patient care and work closely with our mental health team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide trauma-informed counseling services to patients in an outpatient mental health setting
- Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based approaches
- Assess patients' behavioral and mental health needs and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records
- Master's degree in social work from an accredited university
- Unrestricted Oregon License and LCSW credentials
- Experience working in healthcare or a similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
