Medical Sales Representative

Salary RangeThe base pay for this position is $76,200.00 – $152,400.00 per year, depending on location. In some areas, the salary may vary from this range.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Medical Sales Representative to join our team in the Heart Failure Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular sales and be able to effectively communicate with customers to promote our innovative medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets as outlined in the Strategic Initiative Plan (SIP) and Vital Few.
- Clinical knowledge of all Abbott Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) system to support cases as needed.
- Effective management of business processes, including customer contract negotiation, price quotes, customer complaints, monthly reports, and expense management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study required.
- Five years of medical device sales experience preferred within the Cardiovascular field.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the territory, including overnights.
- Strong understanding of hospital account management and proven ability to establish strong customer relationships.
