Client Relations Specialist

Our mission has advanced significantly with the establishment of our state-of-the-art Animal Services facility. We are currently looking for both full-time and part-time Client Relations Specialists to become integral members of our Adoptions team at our innovative Animal Services facility. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our beloved animals and the community, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your role will involve fostering compassionate, empathetic, and friendly interactions with clients, visitors, staff, and volunteers while upholding a safe and healthy environment. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to making a meaningful difference for animals and the community every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Availability for weekend shifts
- Preferred 2 years of experience in customer service
- Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Demonstrated excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Experience in animal handling (including basic evaluations and vaccinations)
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to change
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
