Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure client satisfaction and swiftly address any concerns
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and soliciting feedback
  • Monitor project deliverables to guarantee timely completion and client satisfaction
  • Assist clients with services such as videography, animation, copywriting, SEO, newsletters, website evaluations, traditional marketing, branding, and sales processes
  • Manage project budgets and strive to meet financial objectives
  • Act as the primary contact for resolving client inquiries or issues
  • Foster and sustain positive, long-term client relationships to build trust

Qualifications for Success:
