Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, focusing on building strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to sales associates, promoting a positive and productive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Sales Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably with knowledge of fashion trends and competition.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use mobile POS and internet platforms.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to communicate effectively, maneuver the sales floor and stock room, and perform visual merchandising and housekeeping duties.
