Sales Team Lead

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve studio sales goals, membership renewals and ancillary service goals. This includes pre-planning with strategic new customer outreach, in-club leads (first time riders) and securing member referrals.

This role requires leadership qualities in all areas of the business. The ideal candidate must have the ability to build lasting relationships with prospective and current members to retain them as long-term ambassadors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet studio targets
  • Building strong relationships with members to drive retention and referrals
  • Hiring, training, and managing a team of sales representatives
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales data and performance metrics

The successful candidate will be a results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments to drive business growth.
