Job Title: Assistant Controller

Join Adecco, a Fortune Global 500 company, as we seek an experienced Assistant Controller to support our financial management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing insightful analysis to support decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Controller with the monthly ERP close process to ensure the consistency and accuracy of the company's financial information.
  • Assist with the company budgets and control procedures for adherence to agreed spending.
  • Maintain internal control, systems, and procedures throughout all of accounting.
  • Transmit accurate and complete financial information to Management in accordance with schedule.
  • Prepare and review monthly reconciliations.
  • Review, approve, and create journal entries.
  • Help establish and maintain accurate records of all capital additions and depreciation.
  • Help with the daily processes around the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Assist with the annual audit with the external auditors.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • CPA required.
  • Minimum two years' working experience in accounting or finance.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
Compensation:

$95,000 per year, including medical insurance with company-sponsored HRA, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(K) matching, company profit-sharing program, generous PTO, and 12 paid holidays annually.
