Salary:

$85K-$100K/year DOE

Requirements:

CPA, Accounting, Forecasting, Budgeting

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the Controller with the monthly ERP close process to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial information and assist with transactions as needed
  • Assist with company budgets and control procedures for adherence to agreed spending
  • Maintain internal controls, systems, and procedures throughout accounting
  • Prepare and review monthly reconciliations
  • Review, approve, and create journal entries
  • Help establish and maintain accurate records of capital additions and depreciation
  • Assist with daily processes around accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Assist with annual audit with external auditors
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and CPA required
  • 2+ years of accounting/finance work experience; manufacturing experience preferred
  • Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
  • Ability to assist and coordinate annual audit
