Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at AdvoCare, LLC. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage the calendar
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate person and take messages as needed
  • Ensure patients check out properly and follow check-out procedures
  • Confirm patient appointments and notify the doctor of any cancellations
  • Type correspondence and office memos as directed
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up initiative
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Education and Experience

A High School Diploma or Equivalent is required. Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role is preferred.
