POSITION: CORPORATE RECRUITER

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our success by implementing innovative approaches to attract and retain exceptional talent.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize internal resume databases and online job platforms for candidate sourcing.
  • Engage with potential candidates through various communication methods.
  • Evaluate application submissions via our applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate and conduct initial phone interviews for various positions.
  • Manage candidate follow-ups and interview scheduling with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and present employment offers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Conduct pre-employment screenings while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Design and execute creative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Assemble and distribute New Hire Welcome Kits, including processing necessary paperwork.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate employee onboarding and training.
  • Advertise open positions on our website and relevant job boards.
  • Source candidates through networking and career events.
  • Lead onboarding sessions for new employees and provide ongoing support for their successful integration.
  • Assist with various projects and tasks to support corporate team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while maintaining precision.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building strong relationships.
  • Previous experience in Recruiting, Sales/Marketing, or Human Resources.
