Position Summary:
This role is designed to be fully remote; however, candidates must possess a valid Life & Health Insurance License and reside in Illinois. Our teams utilize video conferencing and screen sharing tools to foster collaboration, ensuring you feel integrated into the team while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.In this position, you will serve as the primary liaison with designated broker firms, consistently expanding broker relationships by effectively communicating our value proposition. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of the broker firm and their client base to leverage CRC Group's offerings for optimal revenue enhancement.

Required Qualifications:

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000.
Overview of Benefits for Eligible Employees:
All regular employees (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, although eligibility for specific benefits may vary based on the division of CRC Group offering the position. CRC Group provides medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment coverage, and tax-advantaged savings accounts, along with other voluntary benefits. All regularly scheduled employees can contribute to a 401(k) savings plan, with eligibility for company matching contributions after one year of service and reaching age 21. Employees also receive a minimum of 10 days of vacation (prorated based on hire date and full-time or part-time status) during their first year of employment, in addition to 10 sick days (also prorated), and paid holidays.
