Position Summary:

This role is designed to be fully remote; however, candidates must possess a valid Life & Health Insurance License and reside in Illinois. In this position, you will serve as the primary liaison with designated broker firms, consistently expanding broker relationships by effectively communicating our value proposition. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of the broker firm and their client base to leverage CRC Group's offerings for optimal revenue enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and mentor new agents to CRC Group by showcasing our unique experience through strong, trusted relationships supported by top-tier technology solutions. Collaborate with agents/brokers to formulate revenue growth strategies aimed at increasing sales activity, enhancing product offerings per customer, and deepening understanding of CRC Group's specialized services. Function effectively within a team sales environment, coordinating all sales and retention efforts to ensure a seamless and reliable benefits selling experience. Lead the team to support agents/brokers' business and motivate them to expand their clients' portfolios by: Educating and training agents on carrier administrative procedures, product availability, and the value each brings to the customer. Hosting strategy discussions with the team to address priority issues, quote volumes, renewal activities, and schedules as needed. Utilizing internal systems for activity tracking and performance metrics. Proactively market to agents/brokers and encourage them to place their clients' business with us by: Coordinating necessary in-field sales and retention activities to finalize sales, renew cases, and add products to existing customers. Providing timely sales expertise to maximize outcomes. Developing strategies with targeted agencies to promote technology adoption, ensuring the elimination of manual processes and adherence to secure electronic data transfer. Collaborate with partner carrier resources as required to optimize results. Maintain confidentiality standards of information as set by CRC Group. Be prepared for occasional long and irregular hours during peak periods. Physical requirements include sitting, frequent communication, and occasional standing, walking, bending, crawling, kneeling, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Address conflicts, solve problems, and provide constructive feedback to management. Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a related health insurance or employee benefits sales role. Comprehensive knowledge of group insurance products, preferably gained through experience in an insurance marketing or sales role. Active Life & Health License is mandatory. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook; adept with web browsers, especially Google Chrome.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000.

Overview of Benefits for Eligible Employees:
All regular employees (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, although eligibility for specific benefits may vary based on the division of CRC Group offering the position. CRC Group provides medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment coverage, and tax-advantaged savings accounts, along with other voluntary benefits. All regularly scheduled employees can contribute to a 401(k) savings plan, with eligibility for company matching contributions after one year of service and reaching age 21. Employees also receive a minimum of 10 days of vacation (prorated based on hire date and full-time or part-time status) during their first year of employment, in addition to 10 sick days (also prorated), and paid holidays.
