ManTech International Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Travel Trainer – Level II to join our team based out of Chantilly, VA. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing IT-related training to government agency personnel, enabling them to better support consular sections.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars on IT-related topics.
  • Coordinate training activities and create an annual international and domestic training schedule.
  • Develop interactive training materials, including storyboards, screenshots, web design, and script creation.
  • Prepare student materials and training documentation, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with 508 standards.
  • Review student performance and support requests to determine training impact and conduct research to develop and revise training materials.
  • Provide direct customer support through class portal, email, and direct messaging.
  • Create and maintain computer images and custom scripts used in the classroom environment.
  • Prepare reports and monitor training tasks in support of the Contractor Program Manager and government sponsor(s).
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Instructional Systems Design.
  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and effective decision-making.
  • Experience in Customer Service.
  • Understand computer functions, related technical terminology, and how they are applied in everyday business situations.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of appropriate hardware and software.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies preferred.
  • Experience with multimedia development tools preferred.
  • Experience with webinar software preferred.
  • Experience with ServiceNow preferred.
  • Prior technical training experience preferred.
Education/Certification Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Education, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Information technology certification, such as MS-MCT, CompTIA CTT+, CompTIA A+, etc.
Security Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.
  • A current and active Secret clearance strongly preferred.
Other Requirements:
  • Must be able to travel up to 75% domestic and internationally.
