Job Description

The Assistant Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores, working closely with the Store Manager to maintain compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to store staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage customer issues with a sense of urgency, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee sales floor merchandising and visual presentation, maintaining a high level of store appearance and presentation.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store operations plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
