- Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring operation within budgetary limits.
- Quality Management: Develop and oversee quality management initiatives and programs to ensure excellence in facilities management.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies, identifying and mitigating risks to the organization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience and 7+ years of leadership/management experience required.
- Certifications: OSHA certification preferred.
