We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Facilities Management to lead our facilities operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic oversight and direction to multiple facilities departments, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive facilities operations and improve service delivery
- Lead and manage a team of facilities professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of departmental goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Evaluate and recommend changes to policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective partnerships and service delivery
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as facilities management, business administration, or a related field
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in facilities management, with a minimum of 7 years of leadership experience
- Prior experience in hospital facilities management is strongly preferred
- Healthcare Facilities Certification, such as CHFM, is a plus
