Project Administrative Assistant Receptionist Role Description
This is a full-time position for an Administrative Assistant - Project Support. The primary role for this position is to provide administrative support to the project team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This includes answering phone calls in an upbeat and professional manner, greeting visitors, managing emails, and managing inquiries at the front desk.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing files and ensuring that important documents related to properties, transactions, and clients are easily accessible.
- Assisting in preparing various documents, such as contracts, agreements, and listing materials.
- Scheduling appointments and arranging property showings for potential buyers, coordinating schedules between clients and agents.
- Ensuring the office has necessary supplies, from stationery to marketing materials.
Project Administrative Assistant Receptionist Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- At least 3+ years of administrative or receptionist experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Minimum of an associate's degree required.
- Pleasant, ethical, and trustworthy, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to type 40 words per minute with accuracy.
- Familiarity with real estate law and regulations a plus.
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary - project is expected to last 3-6 months
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Most weekends
Ability to Relocate:
- Pennsylvania: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person/onsite
