Job Title: Clinical Sales Specialist- Digital Spine

At the J&J Family of Companies, we believe in harnessing the power of innovation to drive meaningful change in healthcare. As a Clinical Sales Specialist- Digital Spine, you will play a pivotal role in executing commercial launch plans and driving adoption of our cutting-edge digital solutions, including the Teligen platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead prospecting, awareness campaigns, clinical demos, and clinical advocacy efforts to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Capital Equipment Selling Managers to grow the area pipeline, monitor placement utilization, and meet enabling technologies forecast goals.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clinical and capital selling pathways, with a focus on Imaging, Navigation, and Robotics.
  • Align and support area business plans and strategic goals, driving full platform adoption and associated spinal implants.
  • Partner with Commercial Education, Professional Education, and Area Sales Leadership to deliver timely and impactful field education programs.
  • Lead targeted regional-based tissue labs, product demonstrations, industry meeting interactions, and associated surgeon engagements.
  • Deliver hospital-based onboarding programs for surgical teams, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of our digital solutions.
  • Support field sales organizations in executing our service and repair protocol, influencing area budgets, and driving strategic results.
  • Identify area needs, risks, and strategies to ensure successful customer experiences and proliferation of our digital platforms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5 years of Spine Sales experience, with a background in spinal pathologies and products preferred.
  • 5 years of medical device industry experience, with expertise in endoscopic, navigation, or robotic capital equipment systems.
  • Experience launching new products through commercialization, with a focus on adult learning principles and educational enablers.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to operate in a clinical, technical, and professional sales environment, with up to 50% domestic travel required.
