Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter and manage both written and electronic data across various platforms.
  • Assist the Program Management team by providing updates on project statuses.
  • Collaborate with the Program Management Team to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Gather project requirements and delegate tasks accordingly.
  • Monitor, assess, and communicate potential project risks and opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication with key project stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop and uphold issue logs, identifying critical resolutions for ongoing tasks.
  • Track project progress, update necessary documentation, and oversee quality assurance.
  • Create and manage program activity reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Generate project reports for program managers, proactively addressing potential execution issues.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure timely execution of program activities and project tasks.
  • Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, including both internal and external clients.
  • Conduct business reporting, data validation, and analysis related to purchase orders, inventory, liabilities, customer orders, and forecasts.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, or similar software.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and with external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, procurement, or production planning.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Laboratory experience is a plus.

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree, or 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience.
