Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Luca Faloni is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Miami. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance, staff management, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Ensure all customers receive exemplary service and have a memorable shopping experience.
  • Sales Performance: Assist in achieving store sales targets and KPIs, and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and enhance customer engagement.
  • Staff Management: Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team, and motivate and inspire staff to achieve individual and store goals.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance, and ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in fashion retail management, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with excellent customer service and sales abilities.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in retail management software.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
