Key Responsibilities- Learn and articulate LTC's solutions to new clients, focusing on customer business needs and diversifying client and service portfolios.
- Identify prospects in assigned geographic and vertical territories, and collaborate with marketing to generate demand and follow up on marketing campaigns.
- Develop an understanding of common target buyer needs, pain points with current vendors, and decisions driving buying decisions to deepen and solidify relationships.
- Update and maintain data integrity within CRM (Salesforce) to ensure client/prospect projections are forecasted accurately.
- Manage clients in an organized fashion, communicating with supervisors about their status, and follow up with clients in a timely manner.
- Develop new business through acquisition and overall sales capture strategies, and foster and develop executive-level relationships within key client organizations.
- Bachelor's degree required, business majors preferred.
- 2-5 years' sales and business development experience required, international background a plus.
- Proven experience and success in hunting for new business opportunities, with a track record of consistently meeting sales quota.
- Extensive networking and business development skills, with strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively with all client levels.
