We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Atrium Health's Carolinas Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and advancing medical excellence.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care and coordinating patient flow and throughput.
  • Collaborating with the manager to ensure understanding and compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Rounding on patients, teammates, and physicians to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintaining clinical and professional competency through ongoing education and training.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
  • A minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • BLS certification required per policy guidelines.
  • Appropriate professional certification within one year of eligibility.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000-$125,000, based on location and experience.
