Hospital Director of Operations, Veterinary Medicine

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Director to lead our veterinary hospital team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our hospital, ensuring exceptional patient care, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the hospital team, including direct reports and indirect reports, to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional patient care.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive hospital growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director to ensure high-quality patient care, develop and implement medical protocols, and make data-driven decisions to drive business success.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the hospital operates within budget and achieves financial targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring veterinarians, clients, and other stakeholders to promote the hospital's services and reputation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the hospital remains compliant and competitive.
- 5+ years of progressive operational management experience in a veterinary hospital or healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, driving business growth, and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
