Job Summary

Requirements
  • 5 years of restaurant operations experience, with 3 years of Churrasco and Churrascaria cuisine knowledge preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a Bachelor's degree in hotel/restaurant management desirable.
  • Proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation.
  • Occasional travel required.
Computer Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Aloha Point of Sale, Hotschedules, Workday, GuestBridge, and MenuLink preferred.
Physical Demands

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, with a high level of endurance and mental acuity to manage conflict and deal with high-stress situations.

This position has a pay range that starts at $60,000.00 and goes up to $80,000.00, with the rate dependent upon relevant work experience.
