About the Position

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking highly skilled Automotive Assistants and Service Managers to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Conyers, GA area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule mechanics/technicians' work and ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs exceeding customer expectations
  • Order parts and maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Communicate safety and mechanical issues to the store manager to relate to the customer
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
  • Basic math and PC skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
