Position Overview

As a key member of our retail team, you will embody the essence of coffee expertise. Your enthusiasm for coffee will be matched by our comprehensive training, allowing you to engage customers effectively.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Become a knowledgeable coffee ambassador, sharing your passion with customers.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued during their shopping experience.
  • Prioritize safety by contributing to a secure and healthy environment for both staff and customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain store organization, cleanliness, and efficiency.
  • Assist management with special initiatives, inventory oversight, and adherence to operational protocols.

Qualifications:
