Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at our Medical Clinic in Mount Vernon, WA.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a key member of our patient care team, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with provider referrals and scheduling appointments
- Receive, document, and return patient messages
- Coordinate needed services both internally and externally
- Manage quality gap reports and contact patients as needed
Requirements:
- High school graduation/GED or higher
- Previous experience in Family Medicine preferred
- Ability to speak English and Mixteco
