Registration Coordinator

Essential HealthCare Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Registration Specialist to join our emergency response team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance during disaster events.
Job Overview:The Registration Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all shelter residents are greeted and registered upon arrival. This will involve maintaining a system for checking residents in and out, as well as managing the system of record keeping for shelter registrations.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate and efficient registration of shelter residents
- Maintain accurate records of shelter registrations
- Provide excellent customer service to shelter residents
- Work effectively in a dynamic and stressful environment
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals
- Minimum of two years' experience working in the social services and/or health care fields
- Ability to follow procedures and job tools, including reporting requirements
- Ability to acquire, evaluate, and report information accurately
- Ability to participate and contribute to regular meetings
- Ability to interact with the community in a clear, compassionate manner, respectful of diversity and unique needs
- Active listening skills
- Good organizational skills and accountability
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to function in a dynamic and stressful environment
The Registration Specialist will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, often with little or no supervision. The ability to adapt to change, negotiate compromise, and tolerate ambiguity is essential. The position may also require working outdoors in inclement weather, extreme heat, and/or humidity.
Compensation:The labor rate for this position is $41.00 per hour, inclusive of straight time and overtime. The position also includes labor wages, lodging, per diem, and travel.
