The Role

In this role, you will assist customers in resolving inquiries efficiently and contribute to enhancing our internal processes to better meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and respond to customer inquiries through our support platform.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing position.
  • Familiarity with customer support ticketing systems is advantageous.
  • A strong desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional judgment, quick thinking, and a high degree of empathy.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
