The Role

In this role, you will assist customers in resolving inquiries efficiently and contribute to enhancing our internal processes to better meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Address and respond to customer inquiries through our support platform.

- Represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing position.
- Familiarity with customer support ticketing systems is advantageous.
- A strong desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional judgment, quick thinking, and a high degree of empathy.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
